Can I get a refund for my order ?
In accordance with applicable legislation, citizens of the European Union have a right of withdrawal applicable within 14 days following your order.
To exercise this right, we invite you to contact our support within 14 days after your order by submitting a support ticket from your client area under the Support tab, then Open a ticket.
You will then be refunded on a pro-rata basis for your purchase (if you ordered a server for 1 month, and used it for 10 days, you will then be refunded for the remaining 20 days).
Please note, some services are not covered by the right of withdrawal: This applies to domain names and custom "made-to-order" dedicated servers if they have been specifically installed for you.
For customers located outside the European Union, we also offer a similar refund policy. However, we ask our clients to provide more details in order to process the refund. Please contact our support by opening a ticket from your client area to discuss the refund terms specific to your situation.
