How do I get student status?

In order to benefit from our student offers, you must first request the conversion of your customer account into a student customer account.

To do so, go to your customer area then click on the Profile tab and then Gérer mon statut étudiant:

This menu takes you to the next page, which allows you to start the process of switching to a student account:

By clicking on Etape suivante you will be returned to the page to submit your student credential:

Select the type of proof, then search for the file on your computer. A message will then confirm that your request has been taken into account:

Your status will then be validated within approximately 72 hours, an email will confirm the acceptance or not of your receipt.

For your application to be accepted, you must send a valid receipt in French or English, we have no restriction of country or level of study for the validation of student status.
