How do I change the holder or email address of a customer account?

Problem encountered

You want to change the name of a customer account holder or change the email address of an account but our customer manager does not allow you to do this.


For security reasons and in order to protect our customers from account theft, we do not allow changes to an account holder's name or email address.


In order to make this change of owner or email address we invite you to contact our support that will make the change for you.
