How do I configure my domain to point it to Zimbra?

When you subscribe to our Hosted Email Zimbra plan, you need to configure your domain so that it points to our email server.

To do this, you will need the delivery email to retrieve the following information:

• The MX record
• The SPF record

These records are unique to each of our Zimbra hosting servers, so it is important to retrieve this information from the delivery email.

Configuring your domain then depends on your domain name provider. If your domain is with PulseHeberg, you can follow this guide if you have a standalone domain or this one if your domain is under Plesk.
