In accordance with applicable legislation, citizens of the European Union have a right of withdrawal valid for 14 days after your order.
To exercise this right, we invite you to contact our support within the 14 days following your order by support ticket from your customer area, under the Support tab, then Ouvrir un ticket (Open a ticket).
You will then be refunded on a pro rata temporis basis for your purchase (for example, if you ordered a server for 1 month and used it for 10 days, you will be refunded for the remaining 20 days).
For customers located outside the European Union, we also offer a similar refund policy. However, we ask our customers to provide more details in order to process the refund. Please contact our support by opening a ticket from your customer area to discuss the refund terms specific to your situation.
