The plan you want to order appears greyed out with the mention Unavailable on our website, or Out of stock in your customer area.

Cause#

PulseHeberg closes new orders as a precaution in order to maintain the best possible quality of service and avoid overloaded infrastructure.

Solution#

The plan is unavailable for a few days while our teams in the datacenter carry out capacity expansion work. The date of return is indicated on the relevant plan page.
