You launched your transfer less than 10 days ago

A transfer takes on average 10 days, if you launched your transfer less than 10 days ago everything is normal.

You launched your transfer more than 10 days ago

If the transfer has been in progress for more than 10 days there may have been a problem during the transfer procedure, if you have not been contacted by our customer service we invite you to open a support ticket to check why the transfer has been delayed.
