How VAT works at PulseHeberg#

The vast majority of services offered by PulseHeberg are plans aimed at the general public. The prices displayed on our site are therefore inclusive of all taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise (for example, our "Univers Business" range of plans is marked "Excluding Tax").

On our general public range of plans, our prices therefore include all applicable taxes in force at the time of purchase (including the VAT applicable in France). We use a so-called "inclusive VAT" system, which means that VAT (where it applies) is directly covered by PulseHeberg. As a result, our prices are the same for all our customers, whatever VAT rate they are subject to.

Can I be exempt from VAT on my invoices?#

If you are a European individual:#

VAT is mandatory within the European economic area for individuals. French VAT therefore applies to your purchases and will be displayed on your invoices.

If you are a French company#

With rare exceptions, French companies must charge VAT to each other on purchases (whether or not you have a valid VAT number). French VAT therefore applies to your purchases and will be displayed on your invoices. If your company is subject to VAT, it is deductible from the tax authorities.

If you are a European company (outside France)#

VAT does not apply between European companies of different nationalities, provided that you have a valid VAT number. If you enter a valid VAT number in your customer area, the next purchase orders (and the invoices resulting from them) will not include French VAT.
