Overview#
As part of the legislation on electronic invoicing, PulseHeberg is changing the way it exchanges invoices with its customers. This change comes with two distinct deadlines: first the ability to receive electronic invoices, then the ability to issue them.
This article presents the applicable timeline and what it means for you in practice.
The timeline of obligations#
| Deadline | Obligation for PulseHeberg |
|---|---|
| 1 September 2026 | Be able to receive electronic invoices |
| 1 September 2027 | Be able to issue electronic invoices |
A gradual rollout#
The issuing of electronic invoices will be rolled out gradually during 2027, leading to a full launch on 1 September 2027.
In practice, there are two steps to distinguish:
- Being ready to receive, effective 1 September 2026.
- The gradual ramp-up of issuing throughout 2027, up to the full launch on 1 September 2027.
What this changes for you#
If you are affected by the reform, you will be contacted by PulseHeberg when the feature becomes available for your account, so that your electronic invoice receiving address can be verified.
This contact is meant to make sure your invoices reach you correctly, at the right address.
Do you need to do anything right now?#
At this stage, no action is expected from you: PulseHeberg will contact the customers affected by the reform directly when the feature becomes available.
In summary#
- 1 September 2026: PulseHeberg is able to receive electronic invoices.
- 2027: gradual rollout of electronic invoice issuing.
- 1 September 2027: full launch of electronic invoice issuing.
- Affected customers will be contacted when the feature becomes available, so that their receiving address can be verified.
