How do I contact support?
PulseHeberg support can be contacted in two ways:
Support ticket :
From your customer area go to the Support tab then Open a ticket.
Chat :
From your customer area when the chat bubble appears, simply click on the New Conversation button to start a chat with a member of our team.
If you are not a customer, you can open a ticket with our sales team by following this link.
If you no longer have access to your customer account we invite you to contact desk[at]pulseheberg[dot]com
