Despite our antivirus service, which regularly cleans infected sites, if the root cause is not resolved, your site can be blocked by Google Safe Browsing and display the error message.

To confirm that the block is indeed related to Google Safe Browsing, you can check this on the Google Transparency Report.

Solution#

To resolve this issue, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Contact our support to check whether our antivirus still detects malware on your site.
  2. Use a service such as Sucuri, which offers a free website scan. You can access their site here: Sucuri
  3. If you use WordPress, you can also use the Wordfence plugin to clean your website. Access the plugin here: Wordfence
  4. Once the issue is resolved, ask Google to unblock your site. To do this, go to the Google Search Console (Google Search Console), verify ownership of your domain name, then ask Google for a new security review of your site in the "Security Issues" tab.
