How do I transfer services to another customer account?

Answer

You have the possibility to transfer all or part of your services to another customer account even if it is not in your name.

To do this it is necessary to follow this procedure:

Open a support ticket from the source customer account to the Customer Account department with :
The list of services to be transferred
The email address of the destination account
Open a support ticket from the destination customer account to the Customer Account department with :
The list of services to be transferred
The email address of the source account

Upon receipt of these elements our customer service will take care of the transfer of the services during the day.

Our customer service department may need to ask you for additional documentation to authenticate the legitimacy of your request.
