I can no longer access my customer account
Problem encountered
You can no longer connect to your customer area and you cannot reset your password.
Cause
You forgot the answer to your secret question, you lost your two-factor authentication token or you don't receive the password reset email.
Solution
Please open a support ticket at our Customer Account department with the following documents:
- Copy of an identity document
- Account Email
- Account phone number
